how to market a product?

I am a mother of 2 children, throughout raising them I have thought of some things that other mother DEFFINATELY need!! I do have the ability to make a prototype of my 2 ideas. I have absolutely NO idea on how to start marketing this product. Or where to begin to get it on the market. Please serious answers ONLY.

NHL better attendance than NBA is casual fan the market breaker?

nhl gets absolutely no coverage (still insulted on air by many sports "commentators") the only thing i see to "justify" this behavior is the many more casual fans the nba has but doesnt that come from the coverage they recieve on these shows and if the nhl coverage was upgraded to nba level wouldnt the nhl enivitably gain more fans im sick of the extreme unbalance that has been going on for decades and i know hockey is a more hometown kind of thing but i believe that the unbalanced coverage makes it so sorry for ranting but this game deserves better than what its getting
alright if it is hard to follow and people dont understand it but the point im making is the fact that every sports news show on tv buries hockey under 20 minutes of nba 20 minutes of april baseball and 15 minutes of draft talk and the hockey section is oh the red team beat the white by 2 pts. 5-3 now exclusive draft talk from some asshole its no wonder no one understands it
