My laptop came advertised with 250 GB, but why is there significantly less?

I bought a laptop with an advertised 250 GB, but it says it really only has 221 GB. And even so, only 194 GB can be used for my own personal storage. I was just wondering, is this NORMAL? I mean…I get 60 GB less than the advertised amount, and that seems like a lot.

I know the companies put a chunk aside for a partition or whatever, but is it really that much? I haven't installed any programs (ie. Microsoft Office) or added any music/movies, so it's nearly blank with just whatever came on it. I know some people buy a 500 GB harddrive but can only use 480 GB, but why isn't my numbers higher like…215 or 210 GB? 194 GB from 250 GB just seems too much.

Also, if it helps, my laptop is an HP.

I have a website that has been subscribed to Yahoo search engine but the URL is incomplete-what can I do ?

Instead of www.universultau.ro only universultau.ro appears if you serach for carucioare (for example) … and if you click on the provided link the menu of the site does not display… what can I do to correct this problem and register the complete URL? Please help me!!!

I made www.houseinannapolis.com for my friend. One question is I have the featured homes right now on that site. Since that needs to be updated and right now, I have all the listings hard written on the page, I am thinking about linking that to his listing page through his realty agency that automatically updates. So instead of having each listings, when visitors click on the tab on the left, it redirects to other site. Is this o.k. to.do? I really don't want this to affect negatively for SEO. Please advise.
