How Do I Advertise? ?

I have a site that i want tons of people to see, prefible people with bad credit scores. but i DONT want to spend much money, any ideas? this is worldwide thing.. so how do i get the word around the net??

Im willing to try anything so no answer is stupid.

    Free publicity starts with putting your URL on every type of communication you use. Send out media releases to any and all publications you could possibly conceive getting coverage. Find a unique angle to get some free news coverage. Blog anywhere you think you can reach your target market and sign with your URL. Use craigslist.
    Once you have exercised all of your free options then pursue the fee oriented types of advertising. By then you will have a better idea of where you need to advertise to get the best bang for your buck. Good luck!
