Any idea why my search engines aren't working correctly?

when i go to search something they are giving me relevant results but when i click on the links it takes me to a different site. This is happening with both yahoo and google. I virus scanned 2 times today and found nothing.
i.e.
i type in nba
its says the web address is nba.com
it takes me to yellowpages.com

HOW SHOULD I INSTALL A FREE AD FREE SEARCH ENGINE ON MY SITE?

Useing .mht files instead of .html files - SEO?

Is it Search Engine Friendly to use .mht files instead of using .html files? As .mht files contain images within itself and does not require the individual images files.

reasons why i believe this is because the housing industry has an effect on all of these:

Falling building actividy. -bad for banks lending, and wats bad for banks is bad for economy.

rising foreclosures-due to borrowers lack of knowledge

gov. effort to restrain forclosures has had little effect so far. <– What have they done so far?

Paulsons plan is to bail out banks and institutions. - I think this is bad, because the banks are the people who got us into a recession. THhe reforms should directly effect housing.

It would be very helpful if you could help me with some figures to back up my arguments. I have been looking all night, and found figures for my other arguments, but not these ones. THanks in advance

Lets say you advertised an item on your website and you got a response from a customer?

then you realized that the price you quoted for the item was a mistake, its about 10 dollars less than what you wanted to charge. Do you feel obligated for the sake of good customer service to honor the quoted price or do you tell the customer that it was a mistake and you cant give them that price. Just curious what everyone thinks about what customer service is or isn't.

What google search engine allows you to do this?

I was messing around with google one time and I found this google search engine that allows you to type in text in the search menu, then it displays all the results; but when you actually copy the link and display it in another window, it shows the procedures (like the text you put in the search bar…and you clicking search). Does anyone know what i'm talking about? What is it?

Is the ChaCha search engine…er…ignoring me?!?

I use to be a Cha Cha fanatic and use them all the time, but within the last month, 75% of my questions will go unanswered! Other times, they will tell me they are either too busy to help me OR they will give me the wrong answer! Am I the only one who is disappointed at the turn this service has taken? Or is this really only happening to me…? HAHAHA I just reread that and it sounds like a cheesy soap oprah.
