i have put my home in the market for the past 2 weeks(central nj). had 3 showings for both weekends.?

had 4 groups walk thro' on open house last weekend. is this a good sign to hold on to the price listed. during this process, what are questions i have to ask the agent? can i ask him about reducing the price a bit after a month of showings or just hold on to the same price? what are questions i have to avoid asking him?

I recently built a website for my clinc http://www.wollaston-chiropractic-clinic.co.uk. I submitted it to google and google maps using their submission service. Can I also subit to other submission sites if they also resbmit to google and mulitple other search engines? I heard you can get banned or ignored if you submit to search engines more than once per month. Any advice appreciated.

Can I use the Google Canonical tag on a sites “global language” page to point to Homepage for SEO?

A site I work for has a page ex.: www.mysite.com/languages.html which allows the user to select their desired language. The content of that page is simply a list of 10 languages to choose from. Normally users would see this by geolocation, but we're closing down one of our sites, so there will be a lot of valid links redirected (301) to that URL.

Will it help our SEO to set the canonical tag to www.mysite.com or will this be considered cheating the search engines?
