What's the easiest SEO/AdSense friendly web publishing solution?

I own about a dozen keyword rich domains that I'd like to start incubating for future development while hopefully also earning a little revenue from AdSense banners during the process. I have some graphic design and writing skills, so coming up with the content I need won't be too much of a problem for me.

The problem is that when it comes to web authoring, I'm a complete novice. I've looked at WorpPress, Joomla, FrontPage and Dreamweaver, but they all seem to require a pretty significant learning curve.

So, what's the quickest and easiest way for a novice like me to publish a quick, attractive, SEO/AdSense friendly, mini-site?

Why typing in the exact phrase in an SEO does not bring up the phrase or better yet my website?

I have a site roboticloader.com that specifically says Transport medical equipment. I am not looking for the short answer as I have tried most or all of them. Someone knows how to make this come up in the first page search. I have all the meta tags…. By the way the Robotic1400 is my new invention. I would like it to come up under lift gates or if you look at the site under applications. I would like it to come up under any of the listed applications. Thanks in advance for who ever is smart enough to get me this answer.

When will he Real Estate market return?

So….Real estate has suffered majorly during the past year or so. Does anyone know when it is coming back. The obama administrations large scale government spending is going to really weaken the dollar and possibly put the U.S. in hyper inflation by 2010. What are the signs of a recovery in Real Estate? Will this effect Real Estate? Comments? Thanks!

Hello

I am considering a career in Advertising. I am debationg between a degree in Interior Design or Advertising, I have just recently decided on these careers and need to choose a major within the next couple months. I and was just wondering if anyone could answer a few questions for me?

- I would like to go into the position as an art director or graphic designer.

1. Where do you spend the majority of your time at your job? In an office? At a computer?

2. 1-10 satisfaction of the job? (10 being most satisfied)

3. Pay?

4. Do you get the opportunity to express your creativity?

5. Degree of difficulty 1-10? Do you often get frustration with your job?

6. Could you walk me though an average day in the view of an art director or graphic designer?
