What is the best way to market and advertise a condo unit for rent if my target is foreigners?

I am interested in proven methods of marketing a condo unit so that I can rent it out. I know that my target group is foreigners visiting the USA. What are the best ways to market it? How profitable is renting out a condo unit and which areas are most successful and profitable?
