How Do I Change Meta Tags In Blogspot to Get Seen on Search Engines?

Blog not showing in ANY search engines.
Tried to change meta tags, says TAG element is not acceptable.
How can I get my site showing on Google?
I enabled my site to be crawled, can’t understand why it is not being picked up.
If I do site:xxx.com (example) it will show up but not otherwise. HELP PLEASE

Google Chrome and Google search engine Error 404?

Whenever I try and search using Google In Google Chrome Web Broswer I get this message appear,

that reason doesn’t matter why . i just don’t want it to appear
