How big of a role does MLS play in the NYC Coop market.?

With NYC coop rules not allowing signs for sale in the window or on the front doors, like residential homes use, I am curious to know what is the estimated percentage of homes sold that find the purchaser from the an agent utilizing the MLS.
Are most buyers found from an agent using MLS.
Is MLS the best channel or do the majority of purchasers come from online listings like craig list.

Why do i need a selling real estate agent for my home if I can advertise online and place a listing on MLS..?

My agents do little other than a few open houses and online ads. I have had three agents and they keep providing me with buyers who do not qualify for a coops financial requirements. A waste of time and they all do not know how to qualify. I do all the qualifying, so I ask, can I not just sell this place myself, I know more than these agents do.
All buyers are coming from agents showing clients thru MLS anyway, it is not like the selling agent is finding clients themselves…I can place an ad on MLS and pull the same traffic myself, does anybody agree.

Do most after market parts for a GSXR work for my Katana?

I have an 04 Suzuki katana and I wanted to get a double bubble windscreen. The problem is that I cant see any specific parts like that for a katana because I want the screen to be a lower angle, just a preference. Are a lot of the parts, like the windscreen, transferable between a GSXR and my katana?
