Why do some people think it's so wrong to advertise to Hispanics….?

when the Hispanic Purchasing Power in America is expected to reach $1TRILLION by 2011? Are these people the same people that ingore the fact that many Hispanic Illegals contribute to this Purchasing Power?

According to Kagan Research, Hispanic advertising will reach $5.5 billion by 2010, with a growth curve of 32% for Hispanic cable networks. General broadcast networks will show 12% growth during the same period.

With the incredible growth of the Hispanic market and its buying power there is also a great opportunity for growth among advertisers. Hispanic buying power is expected to exceed $900 billion by 2010.

Can they advertise with a W-2?

My friend recently received his W-2 from his company. Inside the envelope with his W-2 was an advertisement from a local tax preparation company that outlined their services and offered 10% off for their services. Is it legal for them to put an ad in with a W-2? At the very least, it seems a bit intrusive, but at the same time I have to wonder if the IRS would allow that.
